  • Coffee  ( 5 items )
With some exceptions, of course, it seems that people who like White Zinfandel tend to like it for it’s non-wine like properties; people who like Corona and Moosehead like them for their lack of beer flavour (yes, they’re refreshing—but so is water), and those who prefer Tim Horton’s over (say) Starbucks may very well do so because it has less taste of … well, coffee. Yes, just like wine, coffee can be a complicated, delicate, delicious beverage. Or can it be loaded with sugar, lacking in complexity and richness and poured out for mass consumption. (Not that there is always something wrong with that.) So, be warned: these articles are for those of you who really like the coffiness of coffee, and are (or might be interested in) striving for “the perfect cup”.
